Beginning with the 2007 season, all head coaches must fill out a "Volunteer Coaches"
and "Criminal Background Check" form. All coaches must pass the background check before they will
be allowed to coach for the Davidson County Recreation & Parks Dept. Youth sports program. Also, beginning in 2008, all
head and assistant coaches must fill out a volunteer form and background check form & must pass before being allowed to coach. Anyone not having a background check will not be allowed to
help a team in any way.
ANYONE INTERESTED IN COACHING, PLEASE FILL OUT BOTH A VOLUNTEER COACHES FORM & CRIMINAL
BACKGROUND CHECK FORM AND RETURN TO ANY BOOSTERS CLUB OFFICER.
